Coverage

Depending on your individual coverage terms, your insurance plan may not cover the full cost of your treatment, and in some cases you may be responsible for out-of-pocket costs, including co-pay/co-insurance/deductible. This varies by individual insurance plan. You can contact us at any time to receive a “good faith estimate”/cost disclosure for an estimate of what your treatment may cost.

Bills greater than 30 days

Under the terms established in your new patient paperwork as well as your insurance carrier, we will automatically charge any bills greater than 30 days old to your financial information on file.

First Steps

When first establishing as a patient, you must provide us with debit card, credit card or bank account information. All patient payment transactions occur through PayMyDoctor.com. You will receive a link to create a profile on this website after you are established as a patient.
Please let us know your current insurance coverage when you first contact us, and we’ll help you verify your mental health benefits. We can also provide a detailed estimate of how much services may cost you after deductible, co-insurance and co-pay are applied.
